 Modern Challenge - life between business and pleasure.

Our generation is on the verge of collapse, the world is advancing as fast as possible and we are suffocating and can't balance between out life and work.

The understaing and acceptance of this event is very important, and this is whats make the difference between us and our parants. but the question remain even when we understand the problems, high requirements and 24/7 work connection making our life harder than ever.

It's time for everyone to realize that we are not open for work 24/7, it's not all about business but also about pleasure and experiencing the world. we need private time. you can see big companies allready giving the employees more pleasure time - but today it usually during worktime. 

what's the solution?

Since I don't have all the answers. I can only suggest the limitation of worktime. not by a law - but by the companies. Don't let you employees overwork themselves - you are going to lose them!
