Changes in the new WORLD

 One of the things I did after a while I struggled to find a job, was to reflect what I did wrong.

Since I couldn't find a job for a while, I came to the understanding that maybe I didn't prepare myself to those interviews. I talked with couple of my friends about the frustrating issue - skilled employee which struggle in job interviews.

One of my good friends suggeste me to go to a coacher, not suits for everyone. so I turned to my most trusted advisor - Sir Google. The most important thing is not to ask Google itself, but to find people who can answer you using Google.

I find some things online,like coursera ect. but I looked for something more personal, someone who can give and invest the needed time for me to learn how to pass this obsticle created - online interview.

Eventually, after checking woth some of my friends, I decided to take Sandra Zayat's Online workshop for job seekers, and I have to say - the best decision I made in the last year! not because of the workshop, but because of Sandra. 

I'll start from the end of my story, after the workshop - I did 2 online interviews and got accepted for both jobs. Sandra's way of teaching and showing us how companies and recruiters think was the key for my personal success. I become self aware and motivated and apparently - it worked like magic.
